Returns and Exchanges


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.



Important Shipping Information.

All orders are processed within 1-2business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 



Shipping - UK.

We offer free shipping to all UK orders.

All UK orders are sent out using DPD or Royal Mail delivery service and can take between 2-3 working days for delivery.

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.


Shipping - Overseas.

We ship our bedding all over the world.

Your order will be sent out via International Royal Mail Tracked, this can in some cases take up to 30 days or DHL express service which can take up to 7 days, your preferred option can be selected at the checkout.

Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.


EU Delivery 

We are still shipping to our EU customers. Since January 1st we are no longer charging VAT on EU deliveries but our customers are likely to be charged import duties and local tax on delivery. 


We are currently working with our delivery companies to find a simpler solution and hopefully offer our customers the chance to pay all charges at the time of purchase.
